AG Real Estate established a Joint Venture with the Heylen Group. Investments in logistics real estate are made in Belgium and the Netherlands through this joint venture. The focus is on the development of flexible, multimodal logistical campuses at recognized logistics hotspots. The scope of the joint portfolio will exceed 600,000 m² by the end of 2019.
This logistics site is situated in the XL Businesspark Twente in Almelo (NL), situated some 20 km from the Twente business airport. This campus consists of a modern, multi-purpose distribution centre of ca. 180,000 m² that can be divided into separate units of 10,000 to 15,000 m².
