AG Real Estate established a Joint Venture with the Heylen Group. Investments in logistics real estate are made in Belgium and the Netherlands through this joint venture. The focus is on the development of flexible, multimodal logistical campuses at recognized logistics hotspots. The scope of the joint portfolio will exceed 600,000 m² by the end of 2019.
Agora 21 consists of 2 distribution halls with a built-in concrete mezzanine and a clear height of 10.40 m. The campus covers some 120,000 m², of which 45,000 m² have already been built, while construction on phase 2 is currently getting off the ground.
