AG Real Estate established a Joint Venture with the Heylen Group. Investments in logistics real estate are made in Belgium and the Netherlands through this joint venture. The focus is on the development of flexible, multimodal logistical campuses at recognized logistics hotspots. The scope of the joint portfolio will exceed 600,000 m² by the end of 2019.
Antwerp East Port covers an area of ca. 114,000 m² and is very well situated, between the E313 motorway and the Albert Canal, and bordering on the “Antwerp East” container terminal. This multimodal logistical campus is divided into various multipurpose units of ca. 10,000 m². In addition, this logistics property also meets the standard of contemporary logistics buildings.
